Claimed.co.uk ("the Website") is an online financial introduction service owned by Netbasic Limited (registered in England and Wales with company number 4906681 and VAT number GB837 6098 91) ("Netbasic").
The Website also offers a generic information service whereby Netbasic collect and source data from third parties and provide this information to You either as received by us or as a reasonable likeness of the original data which is easier to read or presented as statistical data.
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all and any use of the Website.
By using the Website you undertake that you are over 18 years of age.
By using the Website you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not accept these Terms you should not use the Website.
Netbasic may make alterations to these terms and conditions from time to time and these variations shall become effective immediately upon being accessible from here.
By using the Website you undertake that you have the necessary hardware, software and capability required for email and web usage with all and necessary adequate protections in place.

The Website

Netbasic will provide generic information to assist you in your search for a claims solicitor. We do not provide any recommendation of warranty as to the claims solicitor meeting you specific needs or circumstances. If Netbasic say something on our web site about an arranger or the panel of arrangers then Netbasic will have taken basic steps to check those details as far as possible. Checks are only taken at certain times and Netbasic provides no guarantee that an arranger will not make changes to their business format.
Netbasic will advise you of the arranger who will be making contact with you.
Third party websites with links from the Website have not been verified or reviewed by Netbasic and use and access of such third party websites is made at your own risk.
You acknowledge and agree that Netbasic do not act in any way as your agent or as the agent for any of the third party companies and services featured on the Website. Netbasic does not commit you to using any third party service represented on the Website and any third party service you use or any product or service you purchase from a third party you do so at your own discretion and based on your own judgment. Netbasic may send you emails about the service you have shown interest in on the Website and other financial services handled by or through Netbasic. Once Netbasic has matched and transmitted your request for contact Netbasic is no longer under any obligation to you. If at any time you wish to unsubscribe to any emails advising of other products handled by Netbasic then you can contact us by using the unsubscribe link on the email or the contact details on our web site.
Any username and password issued to you is personal to you in order to facilitate your access to the Website and shall not be disclosed to any third party without Netbasic's prior written consent.

By submitting your details on the Website, Your details will automatically be transferred to a third party company. In submitting Your details You agree that You are giving an active invitation as required by the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 to receive a call from a third party company.

Netbasic’s aim is to provide generic information which may be of assistance to those seeking financial services. Netbasic will then use information provided by you to introduce you to an arranger who deals in the service you have shown interest in. Netbasic carries out this service using information provided to it by others. Netbasic will not charge you for this service and any match between your needs and the services offered by an arranger is done in good faith.
No financial information featured on the Website or accessed by you as a result of a link displayed on the Website is intended or considered to be financial advice offered by Netbasic.
Netbasic advises that when looking at any financial product or service you read the terms of that product carefully and if you are in any doubt as to its meaning or effect that you seek qualified independent financial advice.
Netbasic cannot accept any responsibility for any issues arising as a result of your communication or contract with any third party present on the Website. Many third party service providers will request that you are subject to their terms and conditions. Those terms are entirely separate to these Netbasic Terms. Liability

Netbasic provides and maintains the Website to help you search for a service provider who provides a certain category of service. Netbasic also provides information relevant to products related to that service. Netbasic sources its information from third parties and shall be liable only to provide its services with reasonable skill and care and gives no other warranty in connection with the Website.
Subject as aforesaid, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Netbasic excludes liability for any loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising, including without limitation any direct, indirect, punitive or consequential loss whether or not such arises out of any problem you notify to Netbasic and Netbasic shall have no liability to pay any money by way of compensation, including without limitation all liability in relation to:

Netbasic will not be liable in any amount for failure to perform any obligation under this agreement if such failure is caused by the occurrence of any unforeseen contingency beyond the reasonable control of such party including without limitation Internet outages, communications outages, fire, flood, war or act of God.

General

Except as provided above there are no other warranties, conditions or other terms, express or implied, statutory or otherwise, and all such terms are hereby excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law (but subject to your statutory and common law consumer rights).

In the event that any part of these terms and conditions is held to be unenforceable, such part will at Netbasic's option be construed as far as possible to reflect the parties' intentions and the remainder of the provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Netbasic and shall apply to the exclusion of all other terms or conditions of contract which you may purport to propose.
Use of Netbasic and these terms are subject to the laws of England which shall exclusively govern the interpretation, application and effect of all the above permissions, exclusions, licences and conditions of use and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
It is hereby asserted that the Website is intended for and directed at the UK and no representation or warranty is made as to whether the Website complies with the regulatory regime and local laws of any other countries.
